- Any commissions outside of adopts are not FCFS (First come first serve), If yours gets denied you may submit another
- Anyone purchasing my work must be 18+
- My commissions are skeb-like, you usually will not receive WIP images, if that's not your thing that's fine, but that's how I work the best
- You may not edit/use my work as a pfp unless it's an image or adoptable you paid for
- Commissioners are free to repost the finished work (or wip) as long as I am credited via @ or link
- My art is NEVER allowed to be used for NFTS, Crypto, or AI
- Usage of my work for profit without being the commissioner and paying for commercial usage rights is never allowed
- Please provide a clear reference sheet, 3D models or heavily shaded refs will be rejected
- I reserve the right to continue posting the finished product or adopt for advertising and portfolio purposes♡ PAYMENTS
- Payment is expected within 10hrs after being approved -unless talked about otherwise-
- If payment is not sent within 10hrs your request will be rejected
- If you want to do a payment plan you must discuss it before the commission request is sent
- I do not hold commission slots♡ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- I will try to get the art completed within 60 days of commissioning MAX, most time's I'm fairly fast
- Completed artwork will be sent via vgen, if you provide a place for me to contact you I will attempt to DM you there letting you know the finished work was sent♡ REFUNDS
- Refunds can only be given if the work isn't completed within the 60 day delivery estimate
- If I am ever to be chargebacked, you will be blacklisted permanently
- Refunds are NOT given for adoptables♡ CHARACTER DESIGN
- Character designs -Both VTuber and not- must be credited to me via @ or link
- Commissioners are free to edit the completed design as long as credit remains -This includes editing the original art as long as you don't remove my watermark-
- Character designs cannot be sold for a higher price than bought for unless extra artwork is added
- All of my designs other than gachas have a 3 day sale/tradelock♡ Commercial Rights
- Commercial rights are not included in character designs or adoptables unless otherwise stated in the sales post
You may purchase commercial rights during or after purchasing a design, -you may not use a design commercially until payment is sent
-Commercial rights include Streaming/Vtubing/Content creation use, merchandise, or if you plan to sell a fursuit of said character
- Content Creation use includes the following: PNGTubers, VTubers, Pets, Emotes, Alerts, VTubing Accessories♡ I WILL DRAW

you are free to dm me a character ref to check if your oc is too dark. Sadly they are very difficult for me to shade and color due to my monitor and lineart styleUsers on my blacklist aren't allowed to commission me or own my designs for any reason
